The house looks simply stunning in the photo. I think distance of the location from the mainland and the huge average-price of the homes in Maui has something to do with the lack of short sales. The average investor looking to snap up distressed or bank owned properties are probably looking for something closer to home they can flip or turn into a rental property, multimillion Dollar vacation homes in Maui are out of a lot of people’s league.
