Maui’s real estate pick of the week: Kihei Condo 1b/1b $160K

maui condo for saleAloha all.  In keeping a vigilant pulse on the condition of the Maui real estate market, we post what we consider to be a tremendous value for the currently listed price (although we do not normally consider short sales unless they have been approved by the lender or lienholder).  Newly listed, a 1 bedroom, 1 bath condominium unit at Walaka Apartments.  It has been remarkably well renovated by the owner, upgrades include modern lighting, wood flooring, cabinets, ceiling fans, and (of course) stainless steel appliances.  It is a small complex encompassing 10 units,  includes on-site, assigned parking stalls and offers plenty of additional off-street parking.
