As you can see, the lowest priced 1 bedroom unit is offered at $565,000, and even a much smaller studio unit has a higher price tag at $425,000. The only condo to have sold in this complex in 2010 was a unit the same size for a price of $650,000. In the past 5 years, seven 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom units have sold, from as low as $550K to as high as $850K. So at $364,900, obviously this represents an unbelievable deal.

That does look like a great value. I know alot of people picking up condos and townhomes now taking advantage of the rates and some of the great opportunities.

I have to agree with everybody. This is a great deal. I can’t imagine that it will remain on the market long at all. In Maui do you run into multiple offer situations right away when foreclosures are priced so low? I know we do here in Arizona.
Aloha Carmen. Yes, the more savvy listing agents are pricing their REO’s below market value so that it becomes a bidding war. One of my clients just lost out on a GREAT deal on an REO, but I see it as a good learning experience for buyers (next time they see a good deal, they know they need to put aggressive offers even if above listed price). I hope all is well in AZ.
Good to know about condos in Kahana’s Valley Isle Resort. I wasn’t aware of this before that. Looking for some more interesting stuff about Maui Real Estate.
