Hokulani Golf Villas has become one of my favorite properties in Kihei, with a golf-course setting, ocean views, and lifestyle reminiscent of luxury Wailea real estate yet at much more affordable prices. Set on 40 acres painstakingly-manicured acres of prime Kihei real estate bordering on the Elleair Maui Golf Club, this Hokulani Golf Villas is a perfect fusion of carefree condo living with the privacy and space typically reserved for single family homes.
The developer has reduced prices on their remaining inventory (see below), which are poised to be among the strongest values in Kihei real estate. There are 6 different floor plans to choose from:

The location, amenities and value are compelling! It’s a long way from Boulder, CO, but one of my goals in 2012 is to get back to Hawaii. How have lending standards impacted this development, if at all?
This is exactly how I imagine my life after retirement. A fabulous location, exceptional properties and a golf club nearby – what more could one ask for?
Last time I went to Hawaii, I went golfing. You cannot ask for better views. The one that sticks out most in my mind was on a cliff coastline.
